Internship Opportunities

Pearl S. Buck International is committed to supporting the development of students pursuing higher educational degrees in a profession of their choice. We do not currently offer paid internship positions, however interns are reimbursed for mileage related to field instruction assignments. Marketing and Public Relations Internship
The marketing department at Pearl S. Buck International is seeking a dedicated, detail oriented, and organized individual to assist with marketing efforts. Responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, researching media contacts, social media monitoring and photography. View the full position announcement.

Social Work Internship
The Welcome House Adoption Program of Pearl S. Buck International is seeking second year Masters level social work students to assist us in our work with adoptive families. All intern students are supervised by Masters level social workers. Learning opportunities may include working with parents and/or children in our Post Adoption Program, completing clinical assessments for prospective adoptive families, providing case management services, recruiting adoptive parents, and more.

Curator Assistant Internship
Become a part of the history being made at the Pearl S. Buck House through this non-paid internship opportunity. Gain useful insights into local History and Museum coordination activities while acquiring capacity to properly document collection information via Past Perfect database.
