Adopting from Costa Rica
Welcome House has been in operation since 1949 and has placed over 7,000 children from 26 countries worldwide. Costa Rica is a Hague Adoption Convention country and Welcome House is approved by the Patronato Nacional de la Infancia which acts as a central authority in matters relating to intercountry adoption in Costa Rica. Our experienced staff in the U.S. will provide you with support throughout the adoption process, and assistants will lead you through the adoption process while in Costa Rica.
