Open Houses are held in PSBI's Cultural Center, with caterers, florists, and other event professionals on-hand to offer samples and answer questions regarding your special event. Guests may enjoy a guided tour during the cocktail hour or as scheduled. All arrangements for guided tours must be made through PSBI 30 days in advance of your event.

Buck House 50% of site rental fee is due upon reservation Rental fee balance is due 15 days prior to the event Up to $1,000 refundable security deposit is due 15 days prior to the event Security deposit is refunded 10 days after the event Insurance rider must be supplied 30 days prior to the event by all renters
