Esther Hughes ~ Author, Speaker, Motivator ~ has been a motivator and mentor to women for over a decade. www.estherhughes.com She develops and teaches programs that motivate and equip individuals with strategies that promote personal and professional growth and confidence in communication. As a breast cancer survivor, Esther understands life can often be challenging and overwhelming, which has led her to celebrate second chances through founding a non-profit organization, One Day Living. She is a graduate of Eastern University, member of Toastmasters International, Women Speakers, CLASS Services, Grace Point Church, Sisters U, Network Now, Women's Business Forum and Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce

Marie Duess is a published author of two full-length historical novels, numerous magazine and newspaper articles, and assisted in the writing of the recently released, The Healing Consciousness: A Doctor’s Journey to Healing by Beth Baughman DuPree, M.D., FACS. Commissioned to write a non-fiction history book, Colonial Inns and Taverns of Bucks County, for History Press Book Publishers, Inc., and The Delaware Canal, From Stone Coal Highway to Historic Landmark, Marie is also a freelance correspondent for Mature Lifestyles and other specialty publications for the Bucks County Courier Times, a member of the Calkins Publishing Group, and a freelance writer for Times Publishing Newspapers.  She has ghostwritten and/or edited published articles by several physicians and conducted and developed creative writing workshops, motivational presentations, and lectures for local colleges.  In 2004, Marie served as a photojournalist covering the first medical mission to refugee camps in Bosnia-Herzegovina for the humanitarian aid organization, His Work In Progress.
